Eglwys holiday let is an impressive Victorian farmhouse and Tyddyn Truan
is a fully renovated country cottage.
Both properties enjoy all the modern amenities expected of first class
family holiday accommodation whilst retaining an atmosphere developed
over hundreds of years as family homes.
Secluded, quiet but conveniently close to beautiful beaches,
bustling market towns and villages, the properties are in an idyllic
holiday position.
An impressive stone built Victorian farmhouse built in 1891, Bryn Eglwys offers
comfort and ample space for the family.
The house offers a warm welcome into a large farm kitchen complete with Rayburn
cooker. The adjoining fitted kitchen with dishwasher, hob top, microwave,
fridge and ample storage. Utility room has a washing machine, electric cooker
and freezer.
The Victorian tiled hall leads to the reading/games room to the left and the
large sitting room with television and video to the right. Both have attractive
original Victorian fireplaces.
The sitting room leads to a large conservatory that opens
up to the lawned private gardens.
The attractive sweeping staircase leads up to five bedrooms
(three double and two twin), a beautiful Victorian bath/shower room
with w.c. and a second bathroom with w.c.
Central
heating is available @ £30/week.
Barbeque and garden furniture are available. Cot and highchair are
available
on request.
Excellent walking and cycling are available on the door step and there are lock-up
facilities for the storage of bicycles and outdoor clothing.

Tyddyn
Truan cottage is beamed throughout and offers warm comfortable accommodation.
The sitting room has the television and video as well as a large
inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove.
The downstairs double bedroom is adjoining. Two steps lead up to the
well-equipped kitchen diner which includes fridge/freezer, microwave,
electric cooker, dishwasher and utility
room with washing machine.
The downstairs is completed with shower and w.c.
The back door leads to a secluded lawned garden.
Upstairs leads to a twin bedroom and spacious bathroom and w.c which
is approached through a large sitting/double bedroom with exposed beams.
Cot and highchair are available on request.
Oil fired central heating is available at £25.00/week
