Brith at this spacious bungalow, situated on a working farm, where 150
cows are milked daily. There is a panoramic view looking down towards
Cardigan, taking in the Preseli Hills from the front of the house, and
there are rural views from most rooms. It sleeps 8 in three large bedrooms
and there is also a good quality sofa bed in the lounge. It is situated
two miles north of the market town of Cardigan, two miles from Mwnt,
Gwbert with its 8 hole golf course and boating club and several other
clean and beautiful beaches.
The accommodation consists of a family bedroom with 1 double and 1 single
bed; the second bedroom has a zip and link bed (two singles or one king
size bed); bedroom 3 has bunks and a single bed. Two of the bedrooms
have vanity units. Linen is provided and towels will also be provided
for overseas visitors. The bathroom has a bath and a shower cubicle,
both fitted with handrails. The spacious kitchen-dining room has an
oil fired Rayburn, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
The utility room is equipped with automatic washing machine, tumble
drier and freezer. There is also a separate WC. There is a television
in the lounge and a television in the dining room. Cot and high chair

year. There is a large lawn to the front, and to the rear is an enclosed
area with picnic table and barbecue, where pets and children can safely
play. There is also ample parking space for boats, trailers etc.

While on holiday
you will be welcome to browse around the farm yard, watch the cows being
milked and help feed the calves. There are also foot paths around the
farm with an abundance of wildlife.
Cardigan has a variety of shops, offering local produce and crafts,
an indoor market and large supermarket. Recreational facilities include
children's playgrounds, swimming pool and leisure centre, bowling club,
tennis courts, squash and bridge clubs. The Golf Club provides an excellent
test of golf in a magnificent setting against the backdrop of the Teifi
estuary and Preseli Hills, and the Boating Club offers weekly membership
to visitors to the area. Theatre Mwldan offers excellent shows, productions
and exhibitions and doubles up as a cinema.
The beautiful beaches of south Ceredigion (Aberporth, Tresaith, Penbryn,
Llangrannog, Cwmtydu, New Quay) are all within easy reach, the nearest
being Mwnt, a secluded sandy cove with a historical church. These beaches
feature regularly in the list of the UK seaside award winners and boating
and fishing trips, and walks and talks on the Marine Heritage coast
are available. Ceredigion Bay has a resident population of bottle nosed
dolphins along with grey seals, porpoise, marine birds and plants.

The area hills
and valley offer beautiful walks and the spectacular coastline of the
Pembrokeshire National Park and its rugged moors, only a short distance
away are all accessible to the walker. The coastal park, a National
Trail, provides opportunities for long distance walking, or a wide range
of short circuit walks can be taken. The Teifi Valley also provides
spectacular scenery as it meanders through green meadows and deep gorges.
Cenarth with its dramatic water falls and deep salmon pools houses the
coracle museum and there are many historical sites along its banks.
It is renowned for its trout and salmon fishing, and white water rafting
at Llandysul.
Local hotels, restaurants, pubs and inns provide delicious meals from
local produce. Welsh Lamb and Beef and locally caught fish feature prominently,
and the areas dairy tradition supplies a wealth of speciality cheeses,
ice creams and yoghurts. The pubs stock a good variety of ales, many
from smaller breweries.
The bungalow is available all year round, please enquire for prices
and special offers.
