We feel that this Llandudno Guest House offers a high level of personal service as it is totally run by the resident owners, Margaret and Andrew Shard.

Situated on the level in a select avenue, close to many of Llandudno’s amenities
With its bright and informal atmosphere is the ideal place to stay for that well earned holiday or short break.
From the Mayfair a short stroll takes you to the shops, promenade, pier and the Great Orme.

All our rooms are centrally heated with colour TV’s and tea & coffee making facilities. All rooms are
En-suite (the single room has a private shower room).
Families with children are welcome; cot and high chair are available. Family rooms have a T. V. /Video combis.
We do have a small selection of videos for guests to use.

The Mayfair is open all year round and has off road parking on our forecourt.

Many of our bookings are the direct result of personal recommendations by returning guests.

Dining Room

In the bright and attractive dining room our guests can enjoy excellent home cooking. We provide a hearty cooked breakfast as well as fruit juice, a choice of cereals, brown or white toast and tea or coffee.
A choice is available on the evening meal menu and we are pleased to cater for individual dietary needs. We have a” flexible dining" policy as some of our guests may occasionally wish to dine at one of the many local restaurants.
We have a residential licence so that guests can enjoy a drink with their meal.

We have a cosy guest lounge with games and books available, suitable for both adults and children

For your convenience local and national newspapers can be read in the lounge as well as television guides

Prices remain fixed throughout the year and are not increased during peak periods.
A deposit of £25.00 is required per room
