Let Ann and Mike welcome you to their 17 acre small holding situated three miles out side Caernarfon.

We offer 3 converted stone cottages with all the needs of modern day living. The three cottages enjoy a splendid rural location, yet are convenient for easy access to Snowdonia national park and the historic town of Caernarfon.

On the farm we have horses and ponies, a few sheep and a few chickens. We have a orchard of about 70 trees (of which half are for making cider in the autumn on our own press) which is a ideal area for picnics and for children to play. For our younger clients there is a play/sitting area to the back of the cottages which is covered in chip bark and has secure gates. There is also two acres of dense woodland with a river to explore and an abundance of wildlife (foxes badgers, bats, birds of prey etc.)

We have ample parking for cars, boats and jet skies. We even offer stabling for your horse, if you want to make use of the mountain and coastal bridal paths in the area. We can also accommodate the cyclist with a extensive cycle path within 1 mile.

These two cottages again are converted barns but comprise of two bedrooms
Bedroom I double bed
Bedroom 2 twin beds
Fully fitted kitchen/diner comprising of cooker, microwave, fridge dishwasher.
Bathroom with separate bath and shower
Large lounge with French doors leading out onto patio area.

Picnics or BBQ's, play area for children. Large area to park for cars boats jet skies etc. Grazing if you wish to bring your own pony or horse.
