2003 Atlas Topaz caravan, with double-glazing and central heating, suitable for all year round occupation. Situated in its own plot with adjacent parking, on a 28-acre smallholding approximately ten minutes from Fishguard.

Accommodation

The caravan has two bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a pullout 4ft bed in the front room. Duvets and pillows are provided, linen can be provided at an extra £5 per week
It is fully furnished, with a very good sit in bath/shower, and another single toilet. It also has a fridge, microwave, toaster, DVD/TV, oven/grill and cooker. Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are fitted as standard.

Exterior

Adjoining the caravan there is a decking veranda with patio table and chairs, leading to a grassed area. NO SMOKING, sorry no dogs
Pembrokeshire Coastal Path walks are found close by, as is a 9-hole golf course and fishing. The Cathedral City of ST David's, with its blue flag beach is a 20 minute drive, and a day trip to Ireland is possible from Fishguard.
